Soli DG, Inc is fully-insured as a terminal operator. Our focus is on being a professional management company representing port authorities and terminal stevedores. Our model ensures that a port authority and its stevedore have a productive relationship by acting as a party that is seeking out business as its full time focus while ensuring that operations are optimized for customer service and efficiency.
Being a small company, our terminal management experience started out in Portland, ME, managing the cruise ship operations at the Portland Ocean Terminal and Ocean Gateway Terminal. We have since been competitively sourced by the Maine Port Authority to operate the International Marine Terminal (also in Portland, ME). Our collaboration with the Maine Port Authority has borne fruit for the IMT: the terminal has undergone more than $50 million in terminal expansion and experienced 20% growth year over year since 2013. The IMT handles containers and heavy lift project cargo primarily.
